at Peter Trips LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we aim to make every trip enjoyable and hassle-free. this refund policy explains the conditions under which we provide refunds or rescheduling options for trips booked through our website www.petertrips.com.
1. Trip Cancellation by You
if you need to cancel your booking:
More than 30 days before the trip start date: 90% of the trip cost will be refunded. a 10% processing fee applies.
15–30 days before the trip start date: 50% of the trip cost will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before the trip start date: no refund is available, but you can request to reschedule to another available trip within 12 months (subject to availability).

2. Trip Cancellation by Us
we hope this never happens, but sometimes trips may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
extreme weather or natural disasters
political or travel restrictions
insufficient number of participants
in these cases, you will receive a full refund of the trip cost or the option to reschedule for another trip at no extra cost. we will notify you as soon as possible and assist with alternative arrangements.
3. Refund Method and Timeline
refunds are issued using the same method you used to pay (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
after approval, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
bank processing times may vary depending on your institution.
4. Non-Refundable Items
certain expenses cannot be refunded, including:
travel insurance or optional add-ons purchased separately
personal expenses during the trip (meals, souvenirs, optional activities not included in the itinerary)
5. Rescheduling Your Trip
if you cannot travel on the original dates, we may allow you to reschedule your trip subject to availability:
rescheduling requests must be made at least 15 days before the trip start date.
rescheduled trips may require additional payment if the new trip has a higher cost.
rescheduling is not allowed for trips canceled less than 15 days before the start date.
